1000-DR Digital Sensor with CdTe technology
Some digital capture systems utilize a layer of phosphorus to convert x-rays to light. This can result in distortion and reduce sharpness.

Our cutting edge CdTe technology takes in 300 three-dimensional “slices” of digital data per second and sends them directly to your computer. This results in a 3,000 frame panoramic image of amazing clarity, sharpness and depth with less spinal column shadow than film. Compare images. Compare image capture technologies.

Proprietary software.
The 1000-DR software has been designed to work seamlessly in a Windows XP environment. The system allows you to:

• Quickly and easily make image sharpness adjustments and compensate for the spinal column shadow prevalent in panoramic x-rays.
• Use the multi-layered three-dimensional data, to selectively enhance any layer of a given image portion. This is especially helpful for diagnosing conditions that occur nearer to the back of the teeth.
• Magnify any area of the image by 2,4,8, or 16x.
• Perform brightness/contrast and other adjustments.
• Export images in TIFF and PNG formats, compatible with virtually any image adjustment software you may already be using.

The computer system integrates seamlessly with your existing network and virtually all practice management systems. This allows patient consultation at any computer station in your office and streamlines patient recording keeping and insurance submissions.

Dell computer system
The 1000-DR Digital Conversion Package includes a Dell Optiplex 745 Minitower computer and a Dell UltraSharp 17” Flat Panel monitor. You get all the processing power and initial storage capacity you need to capture and adjust images quickly, plus superb visual clarity for diagnostics and patient consultation.
