Once your 1000-DR Digital Conversion Package is installed by our trained technician, you will receive in-office, same-day training. This may be performed by the technician onsite, by telephone and Internet from our centralized customer support center, or through a combination of both. The training features:

• Image capture
• Image area selection and enhancement
• Diagnostic considerations
• File formats
• Exporting images to your practice management and image adjustment software
